Refund policy

 

    We are currently not accepting returns, however, we offer exchanges for items that meet our conditions (see below).

    Exchanges:

    Please email an exchange request to info@sanadara.co.uk to start your exchange. An exchange will not be authorised unless a request has been made initially. 

    The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you purchased. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

    We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Please note that the exchange process may take up to 10 days to be completed. 


    To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

    • In the same condition that you received it
    • Unworn, unused, unscented 
    • Have the label tags intact and in its original packaging
    • You’ll also need proof of purchase (email confirmation is valid)

    Damages and issues:

    Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Faulty item claims after 48 hours will not be considered. Please note that we put the utmost effort into inspecting the quality of your item before shipping to ensure it is in perfect condition when received.  

    Non-exchangeable items:

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items and discontinued pieces.
